Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.
HI! My name is Trinity but my foster mom calls me Bailey. I am a small girl that only weighs about 40 pounds. I am crate trained and potty trained; I walk very well on a leash and can sit when I’m told. I do need to be in my crate if I’m alone because if I am left out, I tend to explore and find things to chew on, but as long as I’m in my crate I’m good. I get along with dogs of all sizes, kids of all ages and even cats! I am only about 12-18 months old which explains why I have so much energy, but I can also be calm and laid back and like to sit in your lap a lot too. My foster mom tells me that I’m pretty close to perfect. Oh and since I’m a Boxer/Lab Mix I don’t shed very much at all! Foster Mom says that is great! I would like to live with someone that has a yard or will walk me on a regular basis. I don’t mind if I have siblings or if I’m the only dog in the family. I’m just ready to find my forever home.
