Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Aren’t I a pretty girl? I love the white diamond on the back of my neck. I also love my name, Briley. I’m just about three years old, and I love almost everything, especially children and other dogs! Well, except cats and anything that flies: frisbees, tennis balls, things that can soar past my face. Just don’t care for that. I’m house and crate trained, and pretty mild mannered and like riding in the car. (Is that just built into our DNA?) If I had my choice, I would spend my life snuggling with my human friends, but at this point, I will take a hug and love and a new home I can call my own.
