Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Introducing Brewster!  My name is Brewster.....I was just sprung from the Pearland Animal Shelter.  I’m approximately 7 years old and weigh about 56 pounds.  

I am crate trained and know basic commands.  My foster mom says that I’m a super sweet, super chill boy!  My foster home is filled with other boxers and I fit in just fine but I must admit......I love my people!  I love to stick close by at all times.  You know what else I love......toys!  My foster mom says That I love them so much, I even take them out to potty with me!  

There’s so much to love about me but don’t take my word for it......come find out for yourself.
