My name is Brooke, you see, and I am as timid as can be.
I'm a beautiful belle, can't you tell?
I was not taken care of previously and was beaten into a sit position and shoved around.
I duck my head and prepare to flee, because I still think a person may beat on me.
I'm learning to trust and to let loose.
I'm aching to be the boxer in me. To let out my boxer wiggle and jump in glee so that I can be the puppy that I was never allowed to be.
I'm glad I'm out of that stinking "jail" and some simple love will do me well.
I may be out of the pound, but currently I'm the skinniest little lady around. I'm eating well so that I can grow healthy and sound.
You may have noticed that I was recently a mommy, but unfortunately my babies are lost in this big world without me.
I'd love to rest my chin on your lap. And my big beautiful eyes can turn anyone into a sap.
I get along with kids, heck I like everybody. Who wouldn’t enjoy the company of a gal just like me?
