Meet Flood.......This senior boy appeared recently at a family's home like a flood, quick and unexpected, with the remains of a rope tied around his neck. He is underweight and severly in need of some TLC!
flood is now in a foster home and his foster mom says he is an absolute doll! He loves other dogs and, although almost completely blind, he learns quickly. His foster mom is working with him to learn commands to help him maneuver his surroundings.
He he is house broken and a very happy boy according to his foster mom. She also says that Flood would do best in a home with a family that has the patience to help hom acclimate to a new home. Could you offer Flood the forever loving home he so deserves?
