Kentucky here......new to the LSBR program! I’m just a baby......about 5-6 months old. As you can imagine, I’m a sweet boxer boy and, wouldn’t you know it, I have a natural tail! I was recently surrendered to a shelter because I didn’t get along with the resident cat......no cats please! Otherwise, I can get along with anyone! I’m settling In nicely with the boxer buddies in my foster home.
My foster mom says that I’m a gentle boy and although I’ve been working on my skills......basic commands, potty training, crate training. Thanks to my foster family, I‘ve mastered ‘sit’ and ‘leave it’. I love my crate and stay in it when my family is away. As for potty training.....it’s coming along very well. Im happy to report I’ve had no accidents in the house in quite a while and, although I don’t yet tell them when I need to go out, I know what to do when they take me out and tell me to ‘do my business’! At the moment, I’m working on leash training and typical puppy jumping.
