Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Boscoe is a one-year-old flashy fawn male. He is very sweet, full of energy and as cute as can be. He is currently going through heartworm treatment, but that doesn't prevent him from being adopted at any time.
He is crate trained, but he seems to prefer being just about anywhere else! Like many of our rescues, Boscoe would benefit from some refresher training. Boscoe hasn't been exposed to cats, but he does
well around other dogs. This adorable young boxer would be a great addition to any family!
