Dee Dee is a 2-year-old white boxer angel who was rescued at the 11th hour from being euthanized at a shelter. She walks well on a leash, gets along with dogs and cats and is very affectionate with people. Dee Dee doesn't jump up on strangers, dart out the front door or chew things she's not supposed to chew. She is house trained, but prefers to be taken out on a leash for bathroom breaks. Dee Dee is deaf but very bright and has already begun responding to obedience commands, including sit and come, given via hand signals. She is heartworm positive and will need to begin treatment soon. Dee Dee is a very special dog who will be a wonderful addition to the right home.
