Hello.....My name is Comet and I'm your typical 8 month old boxer puppy! My foster mom says that I love everyone and everything; however, because I'm such a puppy, I would do best with kids at least school age. I am crate trained and am learning basic commands. So far I know 'sit', 'come' and 'off'. I've also been practicing my leash walking skills!
I have come such a long way since coming to Lone Star Boxer Rescue.....you see, I was in really bad shape when I arrived....just look at my 'before' pictures. My foster mom has been wonderful though.....she bathed me every day when I first arrived in order to heal my skin. Now, because of her, my hair is growing back and I'm going to be a beautiful light brindle boy! I really am so grateful to the folks at LSBR for saving my life and I show it with my sweet demeanor and sloppy boxer kisses! I respond very well to positive reinforcement and treats too (of course).
Now that I look and feel SO much better, I am ready to find my forever home. Would I be the perfect addition to your family????
