Hey! Check me out! My name is Cassius and I think that is very cool. I just love hearing someone call me by name. I'm not sure how I landed in a rescue group but I think it's a good thing I did! My people didn't seem to spend any time with me so I don't have good manners like some of the other dogs I meet. And right now, I'm pretty nervous around other dogs so I don't meet many! These really nice volunteers come to play with me and take me out for walks. They are teaching me things I never knew I could do! I'm getting better every day and soon I will trust them enough that I don't have to act so goofy. Hey, I do the best I can since I didn't have the advantage of a proper upbringing! I am one spunky, playful little guy. I'm healthy and don't have any of those pesky heart worms. I'm only about a year and a half old so I have lots and lots of time to learn. Everyone says I'm adorable, whatever that means! I hope you can find time to come out and meet me. I think I can be YOUR best friend ever!
