Hello folks....my name is Cookie! I was on my own for a while and during that time gave birth to a litter of puppies, none of which lived. I wonder if that's because I was so underweight and could not care for them. That makes me very sad!
Now I'm in the good hands of Lone Star Boxer Rescue and, although I'm still very thin and sad to lose my puppies, I'm so happy that the good people of LSBR are looking out for me and are focused on finding me a loving, forever home!
I would do best in a home with older kids but no cats or small animals please! Due to my past life, I have to admit I'm a little skiddish but that's nothing that a lot of love and attention can't fix! What do you think?? PS...My favorite pastime is giving kisses!
