Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

My name is Cosmo and I'm a handsome youngster who's approximately 1 1/2 years old.  Unfortunately, my former owner didn't have time for me so she surrendured me to LSBR.  That's probably best because I really, really would like to have a family that showers me with love...who wouldn't, right?

My foster mom says that I'm a good boy who has done well with other dogs as well as kids.  I'm interested in cats but not in an aggressive manner.  She says I need a little leash work but I know I can master than it no time. 

I'm fully vetted, heartworm negative, and ready to go to my forever home!
