Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

"Delta Dawn what's that flower you have on..."  That's right, I'm the prettiest girl you have laid eyes on.  I am a big, beautiful love bug.  I am about two years old and due to an injury I had to have surgery to remove one of my hind legs.  Don't call me tripod because I get along fine and don't miss a beat. 
 
I am a boxer / mastiff mix who loves people, and am submissive with dogs both large and small.  I am a big girl with a gentle spirit, eager to please, and a heart of gold. I am crate trained and house broken and my foster mom says I am one special girl. 
 
I was found as a stray because I have been looking all my life for you and my forever home.
